If the goods are damaged during transport
When receiving the goods, always check the condition of the package. If it is damaged, also check the contents. If you find that the goods are mechanically damaged, do not accept the shipment, but ask the courier to fill out a damage report. At the same time, please complete the complaint form on our website or inform us via email. If you discover mechanical damage caused by transport only after unpacking the goods, or after the first use (within a maximum of 3 days from delivery), please report this to us as soon as possible. After this period, the claim will not be accepted.

Claims during the warranty period
A claim can be made by sending the goods by post (we recommend sending the product as a registered letter) or by courier to the following address: Bomba s.r.o., Bulharská 42, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia.

Together with the goods, we recommend including a proof of purchase (invoice), which also serves as a warranty certificate, and a completed complaint form to speed up the process. Once the claim is approved, we will refund the money for the goods.
